Our Foundations

At Holistic Endurance, our aim is to train and support our athletes and ourselves using holistic principles for optimal performance outcomes while maintaining a balanced, nourished and happy life. In doing this, we pride ourselves in delivering high quality individualised programs and service incorporating traditional styles, modern research and innovative approaches formed from forward-thinking.

I thought the only way to get good results was to go as hard as I could for every training session. After a couple of races, which included a half ironman I ended up burning out (adrenal fatigue).

It was a long and painfully slow process to get back to feeling good again but thanks a hell of a lot to Katee I am now fitter, healthier and happier than I have ever been. I am now getting amazing results and it is all because I didn’t just the ‘training’.
