Holistic Endurance’s Run Performance & Mechanics workshop will bring form, function and strength together to improve your running performance.

The workshop covers the following:

  • Functional Movement Assessment – learn how to test correct function and regain mobility

  • Functional Movement Exercises – we’ll give you the science and the practical to understand the benefits and you will see the improvements.

  • Run drills to improve efficiency – learn the theory and practical elements

  • Form analysis – direct feedback on your run form for technique and efficiency improvement

  • Follow up stability & mobility program plus Run Technique drill worksheet
    *Full itinerary sent out the week prior to the workshop

Suitable for athlete who are:

  • Those interested in reducing training volume without hindering performance

  • Interested in strength training for triathletes

  • Wanting to reduce the risk of injury

  • Wanting to develop functional strength & power for swim, bike, run

  • For athletes that have been in the sport for 12+months.
