The Holistic Endurance Ambassador is a self-motivated athlete, who is interested in training with our holistic approach, to assist with their health and performance.
You must be someone that enjoys life, likes to have fun and has a positive outlook, as well as be willing to listen and learn.
To fit with our coaching you will need to dedicate 4-5 days a week to train for a period of 3 months. Keep in mind majority of this training is done at a low heart rate – we don’t do burn out or over training.
Our ambassador must currently have a key race they would like to compete in. This can be anything from a half marathon, to sprint or long course triathlons, to ultra-events, scheduled before March 30th 2018. We are looking for someone who is currently not under the guidance of a coach or a current athlete with Holistic Endurance (following a template is fine).
