Available to current Holistic Endurance athletes, athletes without a coach or athletes who engage another coach.

  • Follow up summary report of findings

Program Design and Run Through

Includes;

  • Program explanation and delivery
  • Exercise instruction
  • Technique cues and instruction
  • At ‘home’ PDF program, including Youtube videos
