Strength & Conditioning
In line with our philsophy and program foundations we work with athlete’s outside of the traditional swim, bike and run programs. This ensures our athletes avoid injury, avoid burnout, can develop muscle mass, power and endurance through a variety of services.
These services are available if you are a current athlete with Holistic Endurance, and addionally they are available to athletes without a coach or another coach that doesn’t have expertise in this area.
This service is available to CURRENT or NEW athletes of Holistic Endurance to accompany your endurance program.
– movement analysis of major lifts
– either on-site in Melbourne or video analysis for remote athletes
– movement preparation exercises to enhance activation & prevent injury
– periodised strength training program to accompany your Triathlon (or Run/ Cycle) program
– program review every 4-6 weeks, in addition to movement analysis review if required
$80 AUD once off start up fee
$50 AUD per month ongoing.
