    Our philosophy is underpinned by wellness habits, enabling optimal health and performance. You can begin with a Wellness Program, suitable to help transition into an Endurance program. OR you can also begin with Wellness Consultations, suitable if you have a current coach or would simply like to feel like your optimal self.

Wellness Programs

If this is your first introduction to team Holistic Endurance – WELCOME! It’s great to have you on board. If you’re an off-season athlete or recovering from burnout – CONGRATULATIONS on taking the steps needed to get back on track.

What’s involved?

First we start with an initial consultation to find out a bit more about your needs and your goals. We’ll also discuss any pathology results you’ve had done recently (or order some tests if you need them) and chat a bit about any training or exercise history you have. Finally, we’ll ask you a little bit about your eating habits (nutrition), gut health and any supplements you’re taking.

Our experts then take all of this information and develop an exercise plan tailored to your needs (don’t panic – it really will be tailored to the level you’re at!) and SUPPORT you through introducing wellness habits and how to be more accountable in the areas of sleep, stress, mindfulness, hormones, supplements and nutrition**.

**We recommend working one of our health coaches to assist in developing a individualised nutrition and supplement protocol (See Wellness Consultations)

Suitable for those:

  • in their triathlon or running “off season”
  • with poor cortisol results and /or adrenal dysfunction
  • recovering from over-training, burnout or hormone imbalance
  • simply needing a mental and physical break from structured swim, bike, run

How do I get started?
We have three options to get you started with a Wellness Program:

  • Prices listed in AUD including GST, as a monthly rate.
  • We have a ‘capped’ number of athletes per coach to ensure individualised service. In the event your requested coach, or both coaches, are at capacity we have a wait list process. During this time, we start the educational process so you are ready to begin a program when a spot becomes available.
  • We are heavily invested in the journey of all our athletes, and thus we ask for a minimum coaching term of 12 weeks, review by both parties thereafter.

During a an Initial Wellness Consultation, we cover all aspects of your health for optimal performance, starting with an initial consultation, to gather your:

  • Medical and health history
  • Hormonal symptoms
  • Nutritional diary
  • Goals
  • Athletic background
  • Current symptoms & concerns
  • Past pathology results

From here, we will design an ACTION PLAN, tailored to your needs which includes accountability and action steps in the areas of:

After your initial consultation, the time frame between follow up consultations can be discussed with your coach depending on your personal needs.

Supplement Consultation

Not every athlete needs supplements, but they are well worth considering. At Holistic Endurance, we prescribe a ‘practitioner only’ range of supplements, Thorne, to ensure high quality and effectiveness.

We see a number of nutrients and minerals that are depleted through endurance pursuits and general life stressors. Supplementation can be key to ensuring balance of energy, recovery, sleep and hormones.

During this consultation we will address your current supplements, symptoms and goals to formulate a supplement protocol and possibly ascertain the need for pathology testing moving forward.
